Quality Guarantee

At La Sirena Nail and Beauty Bar, we strive to give our clients a one of a kind experience. Our customer service and quality of work is our #1 priority! If our work is not top quality, we will make it right! *

Nail Policy

The life of regular nail polish, gel polish and other enhancements vary depending on the treatment of your nails; daily use/environment and many other factors.

*To rule out any outside factors vs quality of application, any quality concerns must be addressed to us within 4 days from your appointment.

Hair Policy

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your hair service, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.

 You have 48 hours to contact the Salon to receive a corrective service.

Please keep in mind, using box color or going from Darker to Lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment with one of our artist is reserved exclusively for you. No-shows or last minute cancellations/reschedules are missed opportunities for us to provide services for clients on our waiting list. Please make an effort to inform us of appointment changes.

Appointments cancelled/rescheduled less than 24 hours or failure to show to your appointment will be charged 50% of services booked.

Group Booking

Group event bookings are held to different booking and cancellation time frames.

Groups of 3 or more must be booked with a deposit. Please call our salon for more information.

Please note that arriving late to your appointment may limit the time available for your services, thus removing certain steps in your service in order to keep your service within the time allotted.

Your timely arrival is greatly appreciated. If you are unable to make your appointment, please call the salon 619 450 6971.

Pet Policy

Service pets are welcome as long as owner shows proper credentials.

Health Concerns

When booking your appointment please advise us if you have any health conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and fungus.

Refund Policy
